## Shipping Fees

## Delivery Process
1. **Order confirmation** — quantity, grade, delivery address, and quotation are confirmed.
2. **Preparation** — goods are checked and packed for transport.
3. **Shipping** — goods are handed over to the carrier or delivered by arranged vehicle.
4. **Receipt inspection** — customers check quantity and condition upon receipt.
5. **Follow-up** — Chen Hao supports customers if issues arise.
## Return and Exchange Policy
- Returns or exchanges are supported within 3 days if product type, quantity, or agreed quality does not match.
- Returned products must remain unused and in original delivered condition.
- If the issue is caused by Chen Hao, we support reasonable return shipping handling.
